LOVE Bills diner!! Right down the street from our house. Really good food and have never had a problem in over 4 yrs!! The prices he could actually raise, I know that sounds stupid but...their fish is really good and a few of the wait staff have been great! Marion is there in Sundays...go see her, tell her Pam and Kev sent ya!! Enjoy!! He needs to do a "GO FUND ME" to update decor tho!! Sorry little dude!!!

Randy is the best short order cook in Niagara county. If we are in a hurry we skip Olcott because it will take three times as long as Bill's. The staff are fast and friendly. The food is really good and so are the prices. A+Wait... What am I saying?? Now we'll never get a table! Forget what I just said! This place sucks! Run away! Lol

There wasn't a whole lot of people when my brother and I ate here, but I think our food came out 8 minutes later. Food was hot and absolutely delicious!! Definitely a great place to come eat!

I've had better for cheaper honestly the home fries are small and small portion very buttery no flavor to them and my western omelette was brown over cooked and smelled like a wet dog......water with lemon was good tho

We are here a few times and weren't disappointed. This is a diner, so don't expect healthy. The staff is helpful and personable. The food came quick and hot even when busy.For good diner food this is the place to go. We went back today for lunch. I had beef on weck..it was delicious. The fries are so crispy. Alot of specials today, including fried chicken, goulash, lasagna, and a crock of French onion soup. Our service was so good. She was personable, friendly and on top of everything. Our food came out hot and quick.Btw...there is a couple of healthy choices..yay! Chicken souvlaki! Go here...You won't be disappointed .

Service was great!!! I think the food could use an upgrade. My Greek salad was made with iceberg lettuce and not much feta. My friend ordered a tuna melt ,however they had no tuna.

Service is always good. With Randy in the kitchen your food is going to be top notch. Perfect small town diner.
